| Welcome to Non-Typical Outfitters! Capt Josh Arscott is a full-time hunting and fishing guide who splits the seasons between the Gulf Coast and West Texas. Raised on Tiki Island, Josh has grown up fishing in Galveston Bay and considers this to be his home turf. In his early twenties, Josh attended Sul Ross University in Alpine and fell in love with the desert of West Texas. This led him to Lajitas and his fascination with the tough desert aoudad and mule deer took hold of him. Now Capt Josh fishes the Gulf Coast in spring and summer, conducts waterfowl hunts in fall and then heads to West Texas for the mule deer season. |

| Josh takes his responsibilities as Captain seriously, and safety comes first for every trip. Life jackets, fire extinguishers and all other required safety equipment are always aboard the vessel. All hunters and anglers must have the proper Texas Parks & Wildlife Department licenses and agree to follow all state regulated bag limits. |

A deposit is required to book all trips. Click on the

your hunt or fishing charter. Your deposit will be
refunded if the Captain cancels due to inclement
weather. Cancellations made by the client will be
given a 30 day period to rebook on a weekday.
